Brilliant! FUN!
My 13 year old daughter was standing behind me as I viewed your "this moment" post, and she said, "Oh, they're doing airplanes!" When my older kids were little they used to exercise with me, too. Whenever I got in sit-up position they would lean against my knees, and I would take their hands and propel them in the air with my feet while they screamed, "I'm an airplane!"
